As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the front of Mira’s go-to-market strategy. This includes designing/pressure testing sequences & campaigns, hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, working closely with our Demand Gen team and personally building demand for Mira’s full line of products. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career within Business Development and evolving into a future BDR Leader or Account Executive. You will work closely with top-tier executives (internally and externally) and will see up close how sales organizations succeed.

  • Managing an outsourced Business Development team
  • Designing and A/B testing different campaigns/sequences to maximize conversion rates
  • Hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Mira’s full line of products
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Working closely with top-tier executives and seeing up close how sales organizations succeed
  • Strategizing with Account Executives on how to intelligently break into accounts and grow them into million dollar customers
  • Championing, role modeling, and living Mira’s cultural principles as we continue to scale as a business

Need to have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • High level of interest and knowledge in the Augmented Reality space
  • Experience (ideally) using Outreach and Salesforce CRM
  • Excitement around growing a sales career
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer facing environment
  • Previous cold calling experience
  • Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Spanish communication skills are a plus
